Unity 2D Multiplayer Card Game Framework

I require someone to create a 2d unity project which has a simple card game like War. It must use Pun2 for the multiplayer platform. Must have working public and private lobby logic. Solid but not flashy graphic layout. I will build other card games based on this framework. Android version needed that uses google play sdk. Must be complete and ready to post.
