Tutoring App

Hello, we are looking for a professional development entity to develop an app for students to post requirements for private lessons and relevant teachers to receive notification about these requests and apply then the student will select one teacher and conduct the lessons offline ( outside the app ) or online via the app.
The requirements are detailed in the attached requirements documents.
