Is this possible to write?

Can you write an APP that will look at a scan a set of indicators in Tradingview and trigger a SMS text message (to my phone) when specific values are reached for the set of indicators, for any stock symbols in my list? The list needs to be scanned periodically, as defined by an input parameter.
