Trading Bot connected to Binance and other exchanges

We would like to build a trading bot available as an App and a website, that allows the user to connect their exchange account via API and configure settings on the bot to make them a profit.
The profit should then be calculated and a percentage charged from the customers 'Fuel' wallet within the app/website.
This should also include the facility to refer customers for a reward too.
