Token Transfer protocol

I'd like to not reveal to much before hiring someone, I dont' have money i can only offer a % of the profits that will be gained from the app that will be built. a very small %. I need an app built that can receive a token, automatically swap it for something else, send it to another wallet, and then sell it and cash it out to paypal. For this I will offer a .75% of the starting amount every time someone uses it. I will also be taking .75% and it is going to be put to use in my business.
