Text Messages Marketing Service with SignalWire Messaging API on Shopify APP -- 2

Hello I would like to set up a text message marketing service like www.cheapesttexting.com but with https://signalwire.com/use-cases/sms-marketing messaging api integrated on a shopify app. I do plan on it being a public app however testing on private app to start.
It will need to be able to schedule and send now text messages. The option of MMS, I would like it to verify high-risk orders or all orders with a reply to confirm you placed order option. An option to text all customers phone numbers that have placed an order on their site with a opening message asking if customer would like to be signed up.
