Telemedicine / Telehealth mobile application

[EXISTING] We have 3 mobile applications for our telehealth system. Flutter is used to develop all 3 appa.
1. Customer / Patient app
2. Doctor / Pharmacist app
3. Pharmacy app

Key functions
- Consultation through chat, voice, and video call
- Booking in advance
- News and inbox
- Search or random consultant
- Basic personal info and health info

[TO BE DEVELOPED] - we are looking for someone to do:
- Implement full-screen notification natively for 3 apps The full-screen notification should be shown when there is an incoming notification from firebase messaging whether the phone is locked or not.
- We have already created a full-screen incoming call with flutter, which will be shown (when open the app) any time there is an incoming call.
- The full-screen notification to be implemented should allow user to click on it and open the app (which will show our incoming call screen).
- The full-screen notification should make sound/vibration the same as alarm noti.
- The full-screen notification should be implemented using native code and libraries, and to be integrated with flutter app. The integration is part of the work to be done as well.
