Telegram Message Forwarding application

I want Telegram Message Forwarding application, from other Channel, Group to own Channel, Group with minimum budget. All types messages can forward with filters, edit, delete, when source channel, group edit, delete post in same time post should be edited, deleted in target channel, group. All messages, post forwarding should be in real time. For example: like @junction_bot or @tg_feedbot, messages can forward as it is and also if we set format and filters it will forward according to condition also.
