Our company is seeking a Technology Consultant to Prepare a Technical Proposal documenting how a Card Game Casino Application for IOS/Android/Web Platforms should be developed

Our company intends to commission the development of a gaming application with social interaction based on a common 52 deck card game. The eventual goal will be to build and launch that gaming platform based on 52 deck cards. The system and game need to be scalable as it will involve running multiple games for thousands of players at once- in open rooms, private rooms and tournaments. The platform will have the ability for players to chat with each others as they play, make friends and overtime invite listed friends to private games

The Developers will consist of our inhouse development team and external developers that are contractors. However, to ensure our current project plan, vision, budget and methodology for this project is sound, along with the submissions made by potential contractors bidding to work on this project- we are commissioning an Independent Technical Proposal outlining how this platform can be developed explaining how what components should be used as well as make recommendations on aspects such as costs, time frames and components to use. In short this document will be used to create a benchmark given that widely varying approaches that have been submitted.

The right individual for this project should demonstrate a proven track record and expertise in game design - having worked on projects of this nature before. That individual must be a Subject Matter Expert on Developing Casino Apps/ Cards Games and during the draft process be available to answer technical questions about the project.

The Proposal must be in English and the consultant must demonstrate that they have excellent communications skills in English and thus can prepare the document. Showing experience in preparing technology technical proposals, Request for Proposals (RFPS) and Request for Information (RFI) in the technology sector will be a plus- but not a deal breaker if the candidate demonstrates they have competency in this field.

Interested candidates must sign and NDA and Intellectual Property Transfer Form after which they will be given the project document outlining the scope of the project and given a demo.
The Project may have 4 Key Payment Milestones
1) Project Acceptance - No Payment
2) Project Summary and Table of Content prepared and accepted by Us- Payment 1
3) Draft 1 – Payment 2 – At this phase- questions, queries and edits if any will be given to the consultant to address and insert into the proposal.
4) Draft 2 – Payment 3- Addition questions and queries might be raised.
5) Final Version Submitted- Final Installment

Depending on the quality of the proposal submitted and works done. There may be further opportunities for that consultant to work on this project for example reviewing and auditing the works done on the project at various stages.
