Technical co-founder/CTO needed

I'm starting a new Fintech business and looking for a technical co-founder/CTO who would be responsible for the development and operation of a mobile budgeting app that aims at helping individuals better manage their expenses and save more money. Key features are:
• Through a unified bank API, the user would be able to connect all of his bank accounts, track expenses, and categorize them into specific categories.
• Provide instant and fully customized reports of the user’s financial status
• Benchmarking with other users of the same profile: Age, Income, size of household, city, etc.
• Through the promotion of competitive deals on services (utilities, insurance, etc.), the users would be able to switch to better deals to save more money.
A trial version has been developed externally and was nominated among 32 out of 369 projects for the Tech Champions Accelerator Program in Saudi Arabia in Feb 2022.
