Looking for a part-time (potentially full-time) technical (I.T) recruiter to assist our internal recruting leads in their sourcing and recruiting efforts to fulfill US Job openings.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in USA I.T Recruiting
- Understand Technical (I.T) Job Descriptions by discussing with recruiting leads
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and matching with qualifying candidates
- Able to screen, qualify candidates and submit resume in standard format.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative ability and methods to attract and find talent
- Previous experience recruiting with Upwork's freelancer search
- Access to other recruiting tools/ ability to source using LinkedIn and other Job bords.
