Swift iOS HTTP file upload (convert Android Java code)

We are converting an Android application into iOS and need the code attached Java into iOS swift code. We do not want to use Alamofire and need iOS code to upload via HTTP transfer. The file will be a binary and it will be uploaded to an ESP32. There is no need for a mobile app, just need the code to execute the file upload.
