Subscription App volume license purchase implementation

Hi, I am looking for someone who can help my app in ios and android. My customer wants to buy annual subscription bundle for my app from playstore and app store, for multiple users within their organization. Need help with implementing this. The goal is the let the customer buy a bulk volume license or code and use distribute it to multiple people.

My app is in subscription based model. So they need to buy the volume code every year.
