Student Follow Up & Attendance application

We are an educational platform and we need to design a student follow up & attendance application
The application is very simple it only tracks the attended lectures for the students and the grades and has announcements and notifications
It also need to have an api to integrate with other platforms and have some limitations
The Features can be as follows:
1) Stakeholders involved ( School Manager , Instructor , Student , Parent )
2) Each School Manager can add his own instructors and Lectures in different groups with different locations with specific & recurring date and timing
3) The Instructor can bulk add his students or have them sign up and enroll to their class
4) After the verification of the admission of students to a specific students groups, student can see the schedule , and announcements
5) Student can check his attendance and grades too for each subject or group taught by an instructor that he is enrolled in
6) The instructor can generate ID cards for all of his students with QR or barcode to be used for scanning for easy attendance taking
7) On attending the lecture the instructor can choose the lecture and take the students attendance in it when he scan the ID he can get the full student history with the attendance and grades and can click whether to let him attend or not
8 ) Each student have a credit attached to his account where the instructor/school manager can add this credit specifically for this subject and then the pricing can be deducted everytime a student attend a lecture
9) You can select the statues of a student payment whether full fees or discounted by the instructor / School Manager
10) The instructor can add exams and quizzes or H.W to the schedule and has the score saved and can be taken by scanning and entering the score as the previous one
11) Notifications can be sms , email or whatsapp messages integration
