Software development IOS/Android for VPN connection

I would like something similar like ExpressVPN app for both IOS and Android but much more simple.
Just need to have connect bottom for making connection to server server. ( app should be able to detect the fastest server and connect to it).
VPN protocol: Cisco Anyconnect
Backend: Just be able to do server configuration and changing ad banner.
