Smart gadget development

I am looking for a team of development engineers to develop a gadget based on a neural network and a hologram. This device is called Holograms and should be equipped with artificial intelligence and a voice assistant. This device must be something like Jarvis. And also the device must have a camera, microphone, HDMI, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, USB mini ports, audio and video ports, GPS, Sim ports, VR and AR, TV IPTV. The device must be multilingual. Users of this device should be able to communicate with each other at a distance using a microphone, camera and VR and AR technologies. I am interested in the full price for the development of this device and the time for its implementation.
