Smart Water Bottle

I would like to create my own version of the Hidrate Spark Smart bottle. With a more user friendly app and greater features such as the possibility of putting hot liquids into it and self -cleaning with UV rays. I need an engineer able to analyze the product and to tell me if it is feasible and how much it would cost.
