Simple iOS and Android App

We require a simple iOS App AND Android App to be built that will work on both phones and tablets.
App Specifications
Our apps will work with a central database that will service both the website and the apps. The apps will be relatively simple in design. They will allow a user to enter login details (username / password) to access their profile. Once logged in, the user will be required to answer a selection of questions. Each question will display one by one, and upon answering they will be taken to the next question. They will be required to submit answers to the questions daily - so the app will need to store the answers provided, and not let the user submit the answers more than once per day. We would also like push notifications to remind the user to enter their details every day. Any further questions please just ask.
