I have many Canadians clients that needs programmers, full time. There's a big programmers shortage here.
They want to hire people, but not agencies, because they need intern employees.
The point is : they're not good with teleworkers. They have offices and when they tried anything with freelancers or online agencies, they got stressed, they're specifications were misunderstoods, and they decided that working with people online was s**t.
I'm looking for a great cordonator that can create scope statement documentation that is so crazy precise, near telepatic, that the business owners will be forced to say "ok, let's try it, nothing lose".
