School mobile app

So i want to modify a mobile app for schools. The mobile app is aimed at parents of the school. The app reads from the school management system installed already. We also want to add an ecommerce element " school shop" to the parents app, to allow parents purchase items such as school uniforms and books and back end to allow admin add items to the school shop. Other features include push notification and reporting to allow teachers send in reports concerning each students to parents can read

So in summary edit parents app to add school shop.
Add school shop backend to already existing back end.
