I am looking to develop a software which will be an ongoing project, and I need an app developer who knows how to code in web and mobile friendly language. Rate of pay $3 - $6 per hour. I am looking for low-mid experienced person who wants an American partner to lift up with. I am not looking for a company. I am looking for an artist of code, in East Asia who I can essentially team up with for my application idea. It would be long term arrangement and pay would lift with success of the project.
