STBEMU Pro App Rebrand (Android)

I am looking for an app developer that can rebrand the stbemu pro app for me.
I can provide you the apk file. I need some changes made to the app regarding functionality.
Ability to add my stalker portal url without having it hard coded into the app. Using a separate web interface to update portal link in real time.
Secondly when app opens there should be Mac Address authentication which user can provide to the service provider. If the mac address is already activated the app and service should start right away.
add login option via username and password
Finally add option to have app automatically launch on device boot.
