Royal Oaks Auto Repair

Hello, I own an auto shop and have been having difficulty managing my technicians. I want to eliminate back and forth behind the scenes, by having the repair order visible to each technician, which shows what needs to be done to a specific car. Currently, I am working with a software called MaxxTraxx by scottsystems. This software is compatible with andoid devices. It allows me to assign a technician and create a tech worksheet that can either be printed or emailed. I would like to figure out a way to have pdfs automatically pop up on a device and be removed when completed. I want to talk about my options. I am in desperate need of assistance, hopefully you can help.
