Ridesharing Mobile application

I need a ride sharing mobile application that will run cross-platform. All the basic features like cost calculation, tracking drivers location, at least one payment gateway must be available on the application.
And yes of course linked desktop application for administration purpose with the required features.
I am not clear with the budget. If anyone is interested in this project we will talk.
