Report compilation by taking picture of the tag

The app makes a picture of the badge of the worker. The report about the worker is done orally by recording the message which is being translated to words which would be put to the report.
The form of the report is predefined
The taken picture is being attached to the report. And after the report completed and submitted if should be sent out by e mail with predigend list of people and also stored in the google disk or cloud on the folder “date”. The title of the report should contain name of the company the worker is employed.
