Refactor my iOS App's Swift code

My company has an iOS Application coded in Swift, and is connected to a firebase database. I am looking for someone to refactor our swift code so it is efficient and app-store ready. The app should be bug free, and user-friendly. Additionally, you have to optimize the Firebase calls so they are cost-effective and result in no image shuttering or lagging.
