Rebuild Clinical Image Capture App

We have a clinical image capture application built for an early version of iOS (native). It is designed to securely capture clinical images for sharing between clinicians and for injection into electronic medical record systems. Called 'CLICS' it has around 10-15 simple screens. We are interested in exploring the possibility of rebuilding this app for the current versions of iOS. If the project is successful we may look at reworking the application for Android. Alternatively, we would consider an Ionic build.

Please note:
- We are not committed to this work, but are considering options.
- We may cancel the project without awarding.
- As this is an app development and the functional code already exists we will only consider fixed pricing.
- The UI will need to be updated to look more modern and adapted to all recent generations of iPhone
- We have an existing API that is used by the app
- Only submit a proposal if you have extensive experience with developing commercial apps (not games)
- Please provide examples of commercial apps that you have developed (not games).
- The developer(s) will be responsible for working with us to undertake Testflight evaluation
- The deliverable will be a fully functional app published in the Apple App store.
- Please note, the project will only be considered complete and final payment made after a stable version of the app is available in the App store.
