React native stripe implementation + details collection
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Vision:
we have a react native based android/IOS app, and backend is python django. we want to enable our users to get paid. We will achieve that by:
- integrating stripe into the app to process credit card payment
- creating a system to track each users earnings and data, to facilitate admin to be able to conduct manual payout using a thirdparty payout system to send each user their earned money
Tasks:
1. Integrate stripe checkout on all profiles as a ‘pay creator’ button. This button is shown on profiles you are viewing (not your own logged in profile)
2. Payer must receive receipt of payment. Payee, should receive email and in app notification upon successful payment
3. Add earned field on user profile like upwork
4. Add an @handle field in settings page + explanation(sign up)
5. If payment is made and @handle not provided, Send email to user to sign up and acquire @handle
6. Develop a simple non complicated system for admin to receive these info for each payment in admin panel and/or by triggered email
a. Username of paid user
b. Email of paid user
c. Amount to be paid
d. @handle
e. Stripe transaction ID
7. If @handle not included, it should be autoupdated once it is received
8. release test apps and deploy to app stores
Milestones:
1- Setup development environment, run build successfully
2- stripe implementation
3- Earned amount UI and backend
4- System to receive payout details
5- Testing, review, validation
Conditions:
- Freelancer must write clean/commented code. And must refactor code upon instructions
- Freelancer must deliver on deadline, without delays.
- Freelancer must have MacOS. Must verify that he is able to build and free of errors before starting implementation
- Freelancer must commit code to the highest of standards
- Freelancer must adequately test before each commit
- Freelancer must self-start and not require handholding
