React Native project with screens

Need to build a react native app with below screens:
Screen List:
1. Login
2. Forgot Password
3. Change password.
4. Dashboard
5. User List, add user, edit user.
6. Address List
7. Route List, Add Route, Edit Route
8.Assign User to stop.

General Requirements:
• Packaging as android app, IOS app and web app.
o Separate builds for all 3. (minification and obfuscation)
• All screens should have support for mobile and web. (responsive)
All styling should be defined in less/scss
• Use react-native-web for web application.
• Provide common navigation framework.
• Externalize all configuration in JSON
• Support i18n with properties file.
• All message/labels should be externalized.
• Configuration based theme.
• Unit test coverage.
• React components to interact with backend with mocked JSON
