Job Description
We are looking for an React Native developer, who is interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. He/She will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team leader with a commitment to perfection is required.
Background - We are developing an app that will allow users to highlight, make notes, color, use dictionaries, and customize many other functions. All these features are custom coded
CHECK OUT BLINKIST APP, we are developing 90% same features like Blinkist for web and app. (No use of any 3rd party library or SDK).
Contract and NDA Selected Candidate will have to sign Agreement and NDA with Aadhar ID.
Working 8 Hours/Day and 40 Hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing new features, optimizing code, handling and implementing custom features in web views, and developing custom libraries in React Native.
Craft reusable, accessible, and well-tested components that work across various devices & platforms usingReact.js and React Query
Work in a team to implement features and partner with Product Managers, UX experts, Architects, and QA to develop implementation plans with a focus on innovation, quality, sustainability
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
Evangelize the design system, tools, and libraries
Important
You must be highly skilled and have a good Github / Bitbucket portfolio (Atleast 25 Projects) with custom development experience. We are NOT looking for someone who has developed apps using pre-developed libraries.
Technical Skills
· Strong tech stack skills like React, GrahQL,Java & SQL/ PostgreSQL
· Creating an internal NPM library with 100% test coverage & POC
· Bachelors degree in computer science or related disciplines preferred
· Experienced in using Mobile Views on iOS and Android
· Firm grasp of the JavaScript and Typescripts or ClojureScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
· Strong in React-native UI framework
· Strong in React Native design patterns like Flux, Redux and Context API with Hooks
· Knowledge of functional as well as object-oriented programming
· Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
· Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
· Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
· Good in communication (Interaction with global teams/business is very important)
· Steep learning curve ability to learn and apply new technology in development
· Strong problem-solving mindset
· Confident and resourceful in the face of challenges
