React Native Mobile Developer

We're a startup gaining traction in the real estate & property management industry looking for a skilled developer to be added to our team. You would have an opportunity to be a part of the new company and future features added to our product roadmap.
We are building a mobile property management application using React Native and Laravel on top of a LEMP stack formation. We’re looking for someone well versed in creating cross platform mobile applications, a deep understanding of Laravel PHP framework version 8, Javascript, and React/React Native. The candidate will receive guidance from our DevOps and Senior Developer while supporting backend and frontend development of new features added to the application. A strong aptitude for debugging and analysis is a must.
We will coordinate with weekly calls, reporting and Agile development methodology, mainly through Slack and Gitlab.
Project Description: A React Native Mobile application that creates and manages maintenance tasks, communicates using emails & texting APIs, and schedules appointments.
Design UI/UX will be provided for reference.
Deadline: Immediate & reliable response time and deliverability.
Timekeeping: Your time will be logged with the Upwork desktop app, Toggl, or manually each day. Time reports will be due each week.

Bonus:
Experience with other forms of mobile app development, Mysql and an understanding of complex data structures.

Specific Skills
Write, modify, integrate and test software code; Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions; Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements. Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications. Research and evaluate a variety of software products. Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required. Write, modify, integrate and test software code for Internet applications thoroughly.

Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; attention to detail; Sitting; Tight deadlines (this project has immediate priority), Quality assurance and bug testing prior to code pushes are required before payment. Deadlines must be met within the agreement. NDA required.
