React Native Mobile App backend and Publishing

We have a small React Native app designed as a prototype for an NGO. The app has login and a simple form page that needs to be connected to a MongoDB database. The UI is completely finished so we just need a mobile backend developer to build the back end and publish the app. Hence, we are looking for a developer who is proficient in React Native, MongoDB, and mobile Backend Development.
