React Native Mobile App Specialist

I am looking for HIGHLY SKILLS React Native Developer with great English Communication Skills to Consult on this Project.
We have an existing React Native App and wish to build to bigger construct where we will be able to have different Mobile App Projects and Modules, then build Apps using either all Projects and Modules or single Projects or Modules.
A Project is like an App on its own and a Module is like a Navigation Section within the App
We have 4 separate App that we want to build into this bigger Construct and for example, if we build all 4 into 1 Master App, then the user would have an option to navigate between Projects / Apps within that one Master App. Another scenario would be that we build only one App from this Construct and then the user will only have that one App and no need to navigate between Projects/Apps
