React Native App update

I have my react native app developed and live on both stores . I needs to be updated to latest version of React and also apps needs to be made compatible to latest OS standards .
we have a problem with in-app purchase... sometimes users pay for the full version, but the other 15 sessions do not unlock... but its not everytime....
and to fix the problem we ask users to shut down their phone and try again.... and if it does not work we ask them to delete the app, shut down their phones, turn it back on and restore the app... most of the time it works
