I have lost a week dealing with a lying, scamming thief here on Freelancer that lied, cost us time, did nothing, and is a liar.
I have been a buyer on Freelancer since 2014. I have 140 five-star buyer reviews.
I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism.
I then hired ANOTHER PERSON today, and he went "to lunch' for TWO hours and never came back.
So read these instructions before you bid.
1. I have an outdated APP built in React Native.
2. It needs some bugs fixed. It requires updates. It requires to be made compliant with new IOS rules.
3. It needs some features that need added.
This job is now 14 days late. So I need EVERYTHING done by Sunday, Feb 27 at 9PM EST US.
