I'm looking for someone/people who can make me a TRIVIA GAMING APP like QuizUp (not exactly like that but similar and all content in App will be provided by me only).
*Both in IOS and Android (can use flutter/react native etc. too ,we'll discuss..)

I want some rough estimate of 3 things (PLEASE INVOLVE THEM IN YOUR RESPONSE)
1. The Rough Cost of making (full dev and designing) and then maintaining,security and upgrading,etc
2. The Time you think it may take to make it perfectly and ready for public launch.
3.The Amount and type of work I need to know (or learn) to run and manage this app...like do I need to hire some people,etc. Also,please start your gig by saying Hi Utsav. Thank you.
