I tried to publish MedSafety ios app in my developer but it was rejected many times by apple because of these reasons :

The app must be published under a seller and company name that is associated with the organization or company providing the services. In this case, your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the Iraqi Pharmacovigilance Center name.
I have only developer acount and i want to change it to organization acount but i have no D U N S number , I want developer who can change it to organization acount and add features and change and revise app to be accepted by me and published in his acount or in my acount in appstore
In addition , I want app to send notifications when i add new items to admin panel
I agree if any developer can publish the project in his acount
