Project Z2021 -- 2

I'm interested in developing a cross-platform application for Web, Android, and iOS. The application that I'm interested in is very similar to Rent4me app. Basically, users can post their items for rent and other users can rent them for a period of time.
The features are very similar but might be slightly different than Rent4Me. Please provide your estimates in terms of cost and time. Thanks!
