Progressive web app social media project

Fit or not is social project where you can post your pictures or rate others.
The project should be installed on the phone and be able to send notifications .

1) convert design into flutter components
2) create db
3) creates apis that need to be for this project
4) admin panel
5) develop webview app for both android & iOS

I don't need a design. All the designs are ready.
I need a person in coding side. The person will implement the designs and handover me the finished project

About
you are starting with a membership page which should be related with instagram Facebook or google .Membership is not mandatory to rate. You can't post a picture without opening a membership but you can rate others picture without till 3 pictures every day. if you want to rate more be member

you can use any kind of coding skills
While uploading the project to the server I recommend you to set up the system divide the pictures in coding different places.
