Programming social App with backend

i want to Publish my first App and the designs are ready, its an social app like Tik Tok, where you scroll threw short videos.
All the designs are ready (made with Figma) but the app needs to be Programmed with backend. The app has with onboarding and Sign Up page 70 screens.
im not very good in programming and stuff like that, this is my first time beeing a "Publisher" so i need someone who knows what he is doing.
the should be aviable for android and ios
