PowerPlatform application for managing HR processes

I am looking to use PowerApps to create an app which lets Human Resources functions manage common processes for employees. Each employee will have a separate entry in a database which can be edited by the admin users and viewed by other users. The employee should also have a page where they can view their details.

I want the app to leverage PowerAutomate to produce standard documentation, manage business approval processes, and automate messages.
