PowerApps Inventory Platform / Linking directly to lists items via QR codes

Job ID: 33441687

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I am seeking some information regarding PowerApps design and training.

We are a busy Electrical Contractor and we’re hoping to use PowerApps (and Lists) as a solution to track inventory as it arrives in our warehouse - and moves through various stages of assembly toward delivery.

Major functions we would like to perform:

• The ability to create new inventory items from the app.
• The ability to create QR codes that will link directly to a specific page in the PowerApps so the user can update the status of an item.
o We envision a computer/printer station in the warehouse that will print QR code labels to be attached to pallets.
o When a user scans the QR code, it takes them directly to the corresponding page in PowerApps.
o The user can then update that status of the item(s).
o A notification email is sent out to all (pre-determined) team members making them aware of the update.
o When the item goes to our prefabrication show, or is readied for shipment to the field via truck, the process if repeated.

We have already created a rudimentary app, learned how to add new items, make edits, and notify people.

The big sticking point (where well need help) is with the QR code links.

Not with the QR code itself, but determining a link/code to take the user directly to a specific list item

We are able to make PowerApps open to a list, but not to a specific item on that list.

We have been told that it's possible.

Would you be able to help with this process?
