Hello,
I would like to place a real-world game on an IOS operating systems as a Facebook App similar to other play with friends apps on Facebook. It is a 2D fixed format with binary coding to facilitate game play actions. There will be very limited movement during game play so coding will not be that complex. It is not a video game. It is mainly a static on / off binary coded game with viewable game play interchange of tabulations on screen, pursuant to the (rule text) game play action and scoring.
I hold all copyright and trademarks. This game has been sold at craft fairs, retail shops and online. It was created in 1988. You can view the game at www.powerpokerbaseball.com for further information.
The game will entail coding game play for multi game players 2 - 8. It entails a common poker algorithm for chance, sound files and (possibly) actual player conversations (or texting) or low volume replicated baseball banter talk (select optional) as the game proceeds. The upload file shows the game view which is a constant view throughout the game. The ad space beside (left of the scoreboard) will run ad space advertisements (with an optional mute) for game ad revenue.
This is a complex project and not a quick effort. You will be paid for your hourly work as it is coded and compiled weekly. I will hold all rights to the coding as it develops and when it is complete. I may halt the project at any time and resume it later depending on my own personal funding availability.
I may entertain a good faith (monetary tip) when complete and accepted as a Face book app.
I also will (may) need someone to support the back end in an IT and ad revenue profitable and protective service should you be so interested going forward at the time.
I am looking for someone who knows poker play and baseball rules and scoring and has a creative flare to come up with additional visual and audio ideas along the way.
The games progression must also be played in a viewable (5 second timer) so that any players not present do not interrupt the games flow.
A possibility for tournament play and championship play under the Power Poker Baseball game app umbrella could also be a future coding potential possibility down the road.
I would like to work with an honorable and friendly person as the game develops for advice and feedback and for me to better understand the process. Patience will be of the utmost importance to succeed here as my computer skills are limited and at times things may have to be altered along the way. A standard non-disclosure and coding copyright agreement will be required prior to hiring.
What I am after for now (the initial work): is a playable game coded format, that functions exactly to the present rule text. The coding should allow for easily interchangeable art and sound files if it needs to be so changed in the future, in the advent that MLB licensing is obtained.
All other ideas named here could follow this initial work.
