PCR testing appointment mobile app in native

Need simple PCR testing appointment mobile app that able to download app from google play store and apple store. Need to be done as follow
1. Able to make appointment
2. Connect to thai mobile banking and credit card, paypal and payment gateway and cash
3. Have GPS to tell where customer location and servicer location pin point google map
4. Notification to confirm order to customer and nurse servicer with qr code and order number
5. Servicer able put in customer information like name , passport, vacination certificate, picture of client, freight number , departure and arriving airport and country, able to upload passport , freight itinery, hotel location and sent to admin to put in to paper
6. There should be automatic appointment generator for certain day and time In admin can also edit appointment
7. It should be able to chat and call to servicer office and nurse on a go
8. There should be connect to website and create landing page
9. It should be an automatic time stamp of time nurse complete the testing covid swap and show the nurse if they within 24 or 72 hours before flight departure
10. There should be api connect to airline so they can check at checkin
