OutofPoverty

I need an app developer to work on a new concept app ASAP. I need someone who knows their stuff and willing to believe in the idea as well as someone willing to accept to be paid when the the project is completed. Payment offered is the app itself. The app is to and will eradicate poverty everywhere and for everyone so payment will the app itself...if you get that please get in touch.
