Optimize code/UI of simple flutter app (displaying MQTT sensor data)

Hello freelancers,
I am looking for an Flutter expert who can help me optimizing the code and UI of my new flutter app.
I am a flutter beginner and started with a new personal app to monitor sensor data of my caravan from scratch.
The app is working currently on a single page but should be extended to:
- Change the current static widget implementation to dynamic creation of the widgets based on the sensors found on the MQTT broker;
- Make the widgets able to reorder by long-tap on each card - store it in Storage (get_storage);
- Adding dynamic Navbar with menu items pointing to pages based on available sensors;
- Add other pages with access to the sensor data using BLoC;
- Creation of a settings page;

What I am looking for:
- Flutter Expert with deep and up-to-date knowledge about BLoC (eg. https://github.com/felangel/bloc/issues/2526);
- Development must be done directly in my bitbucket git repository;

If you have the following skills, this will increase the chance to get the contract:
- Knowledge with mosquitto MQTT broker and general knowledge about the concept of MQTT;
- Skills in python development;
- Knowledge in openwrt firmware development;

This is not to be seen as a one-time job.
