New Marketplace App with Video Calling

We are seeking developers to build Android and iOS application for a marketplace application with following features:
- Marketplace - posting/search/reviews
- Online payment
- Live video calling 1-1 and group using 3rd party API (Jitsi)
- Offline chat/questions / image upload
- Native apps

Also, need a web application replicating key features and admin functions.
Other key points:
- Need advice on production server platform and specs
- Production deployment and 3 months or more support required
- Delivery time 2-3 months from start
- Only those with experience of end to end development and deployment to production need to respond
