Network for patients and healthcare professionals -- 2

My project is as follows. Patients or elderly people who wants assistance in various ways within a community are able to view the profiles of the Nurses, Carer assistants or Doctors who are specialised in their areas of needs eg patient A with Depression will be matched with professionals in that area. It is like a social network of patients and health care professionals. The project should be able to verify identities of the users . The elderly and the health care professionals will have to create accounts which unless verified one cannot become a user. I will give more details to the one interested.
