Need someone to create app

Hey, I wanted to create an app like a streaming service. I am a music artist and I want to upload my songs files to this app so the people can listen to it and it should have some other features as well but that is the main one, I am just providing a brief description to see if you can produce this app. I want the users to be able to make an account for this app and currently it is free but in the future I want it to have some subscription fee as well.
