Need to build a prototype for ios for subscription upgrade/downgrade

I want a prototype for iphone in which I can do update/downgrade the subscription in between multiple subscriptions. I will need a proper info on how you will implement include this in the proposal so I know you read the project, I will need code before releasing the milestone to you.
